If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest or modify the practice to suit your needs at any time during the class. It is important in yoga and Qi-Gong that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.
Yoga and Qi-Gong are not substitutes for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. It is advised to consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga and Qi-Gong. It is the student’s responsibility to notify the teacher of any serious illness or injury before class. Students should never perform any postures or movements to the extent of strain or pain.
Dohrenna Yogic Arts is not liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from taking her class.
